Sample Service	Do let us know if you wish to receive a brochure or samples, we will send them free of charge. Please be aware that we can only supply samples from our illustrated range and due to issues of privacy and data protection, cannot send out any examples which have been printed for another customer.

Proofs	Proofs are free of charge for Wedding, Social and Christmas stationery and are charged at £15 for Personal stationery. Proofs can be emailed, faxed or posted to you. Please check all aspects of the proof before amending and approving. We do not reproof unless specifically requested to do so, in which case a charge of £15 will be made.
Timing	Timing will vary according to season, but in general these guidelines can be followed: For Normal service, allow three working days for proofing and eight to ten working days after approval of proof for delivery of goods. For Express service, proofs will be issued within one working day of receipt of order, and the goods despatched within four working days of approval of proofs. There is an extra charge of £35 for the first order on Express service, and an additional £5 per order placed at the same time. Birth Announcements and Change of Address cards are handled on a seven working day free of charge accelerated service.
Delivery	Our prices include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland. Deliveries are made by courier from Monday - Friday during working hours, and a signature will be required. Please ensure the address given for delivery is either a work address or one that is manned during the day.
Complaints	The Letter Press is proud of its reputation. We try our hardest to provide the very best service and the very best product. We are always concerned that customers are happy with the product supplied and will do everything in our power to remedy situations where they are not.
Product Availability	The ranges illustrated on this website are subject to availability from third party suppliers. The Letter Press reserves the right to substitute discontinued stock items with the closest available alternatives.
